(1) Executive Director shall submit an annual report of the Fund to the Board within Six months from the end of each fiscal year; and he/she shall submit a copy of the said report approved by the Board to
the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Executive Director shall, on the approval of the Board, make public the report pursuant to Sub- section (1) each year.
